Welcome to the first stage of IPSA’s Permanent Online Paper Room. For now, it contains the papers presented at the XXI IPSA World Congress of Political Science, held in Santiago, Chile, from July 12 to 16, 2009. We are working on transferring papers from other past events, such as Montreal 2008 (currently found on ipsa.org, under Events/Montreal 2008), Fukuoka 2006, etc. Although we hope the Online Paper Room is simple to use, it is not simple to create, so please bear with us as we continue to build it!

To search for a paper from the Santiago 2009 World Congress of Political Science, choose one or more of the fields below. You can enter a few letters of a name or complete phrases, but please note that it will search for ALL the words you type (ex: “Democracy and religion”), not each word separately (ex: “Democracy” “and” “religion”). Therefore, do not use quotations in your searches as they are unnecessary.

If a paper is unavailable, this means the author(s) did not submit it to IPSA. If you are an author of an unavailable paper, you may submit it as a PDF to isabel.brinck@ipsa.org. Papers that were reported as no-shows by panel chairs do not appear in this paper room, since they are considered not to have been presented at Santiago.
